Stop Whining

This is such a ridicules argument. Further disenfranchise people who aren't happy with the two parties by trying to push out an independent they support. Politicians who only want to consolidate power and care so little for their constituents they game the system to maintain control.

who cares

What this guy has to say about anything. I'm sure the producers of The Early Show were very excited to get this "exclusive" interview...until he started talking.

Why would you put this mumbling idiot on television unless you're blinded by some partisan agenda.

The PD

Confused

If the majority people want a single payer system (because everyone against it is part of a brown shirt, fascist, outspoken minority) and you want a single payer system why not just come out and say it? Why deny the public option is a trojan horse? Unless of course the American public doesn't want a single payer system in which case you would have to lie through your teeth.

Throw the book at them

We all agree this was extremely irresponsible and most people want to make an example out of these parents. But let's not lose our minds here, we've got a lot of important issues to resolve and this isn't one of them. Hoaxes have been around since the beginning of time in fact most "reality" shows are at their core a hoax. In a sense "balloon boy" is a product of our own cultural retardation.

Unwatchable

Two people shouting each other down while the show host smirks in the corner.

Is this what passes for discourse today?

This show should be called Dirtball instead of Hardball.

Citizen Patriot of the Month

We are living in very special times. Not long ago Suzan in Glendale would have been nothing more than a great moment in radio or perhaps a repeat caller.

This is a perfect example of how public outrage and new media technology can come together and completely change the discussion. Get engaged and make a difference while you still can or drink up America.

See how easy it is?

To speak clearly and with purpose. Say what you will about Dick Cheney, he doesn't hide behind his words. There is no hyperbole here.

Working for the competition

Here you've got Joe Scarborough who works for MSNBC defending Fox.

Even people on the far left who can forget their principles long enough to excuse the behavior are irritated with this plan's poor execution. This administrations mantra has become "who thought this was a good idea?"

why is this so funny?

Help me out here please.

Unprecidented

You know you're something special when the White House feels the need to attack you.

What are we really talking about?

Rather than trying to paraphrase or find some hidden meaning, let's just let the administration speak for itself.

Here's the goal and the game plane:

Now that you're armed with that little bit of context, let's look at what's happening right now.

And finally here's their justification for flushing our country down the toilet:

Here comes the fear

Just in case you weren't already scared beyond belief

Once again

The democrats are raising the level of discourse

There would be a boycott of some kind of anyone on the right had said that.

For trying?

They don't even attempt to hide the fact that this has nothing to do with results or accomplishments. Which completely makes sense within the context of this administration where failure is rewarded.

So what happens when this all blows up in his face?

Hypthetical Honesty
